  • Make sure you enter the entire e-mail address as the user name e.g. "someperson@namhost.com" and not just "someperson"
  • Make sure you can log into your mailbox: www.namhost.com/webmail
  • Make sure you use mail.yourdomainname.com as both SMTP and POP servers
