Very willing to help/assist, excellent customer service!

I'm writting this and gave a five star rating due to the service I received 9 months ago from Namhost. Let me give credits to Mr. Nico Lourens for being a supportive, amazing and outstanding assistant with the service. What I picked, is the respect, efficiency and attentiveness from Namhost service representatives. They do care and prioritise customers, so thank you for premium customer service.

Namhost is amazing. Compared to other web hosting companies, transferring my domain was never easier. The most user friendly cPanel, live chat support and payment methods. Thanks Namhost.

Better than most Namibian IT support guys.

Thanks guys for the awesome service, I have been a customer now since 2008 I believe and support has always been excellent. Url/server got hit by a phishing scam and your support helped me to resolve the matter quickly. A huge percentage of our turn over is generated through online marketing and we cannot afford any downtime.

I have been with NAMHOST for a while. With all the queries and assistance I needed, NAMHOST team always responded quickly and efficiently. I will always refer and recommend NAMHOST for domain registration, hosting and support. Great work NAMHOST team.
