This will depend on what type of server you're using, the details for each are as follows:

Linux Web Hosting - cPanel

1. Log into your cPanel account.
2. Under the Mail block click Email Accounts.
3. You'll be presented with a form where you can set up new email accounts by entering the name and password of the email account you wish to create.

Windows Web Hosting - Plesk Panel

1. Log into your Plesk Panel account.
2. Under the Mail block click Create E-mail Address.
