You can now update your domain nameservers directly from your Namhost client area, without needing to open a support ticket.
Steps to update your domain nameservers
- Log in to your Namhost account at https://www.namhost.com/login
- When logged in, click on the “Domains” menu item
- Select the domain you want to update
- Click “Edit Nameservers”
- Enter the new nameserver information
- Click “Save Nameservers”
Your new nameserver settings will then be submitted and applied to the domain.
Important to note:
After changing your nameservers, it may take some time for the update to propagate across the internet. During this period, your website or email may continue to resolve using the previous nameservers until propagation has completed.
If you are unsure which nameservers to use, check with your hosting provider or system administrator before making changes.
