The country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) Manager for .NA domains has recently implemented a 10% increase in registration and renewal fees, affecting both local and foreign customers. Consequently, we find ourselves compelled to adjust our own prices to maintain the high standard of service our valued clients expect from us.
Namhost is Absorbing
In response to this industry-wide change, Namhost has made the decision NOT to pass on the entire 10% increase to our customers. Instead, we have chosen to absorb a portion of the adjustment, prioritizing the affordability of our services for our clientele.
Renewal Price Unchanged
It's also important to note that all renewal prices will remain unchanged, except for the renewal fee of the .NA TLD. This means that the majority of our existing clients renewing their Namibian domain names annually will not be affected by the price hike.
The updated pricing for .NA TLD and SLDs will come into effect at 00:00 on Friday, March 1, 2024. Below, you will find a comprehensive list of the affected domain extensions along with their new prices:
