Our Refund Policy

  • Refund not valid for dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
  • Offer valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 45 days old.

How to get a refund

  1. Make sure you are logged into the account for which you want to claim the refund.
  2. Go to Client Area Hosting
  3. Scroll down and click on "Cancel Hosting"
  4. Complete the cancellation form

If your order is eligable for a refund, the cancellation form will guide you on the remaining steps to get that refund.
