There are various reasons for email problems so the best solution is to identify the problem.
Please try the following:
- Make sure you enter the entire e-mail address as the user name e.g. "email@example.com" and not just "someperson"
- Make sure you can log into your mailbox: www.namhost.com/webmail
- Make sure you use mail.yourdomainname.com as both smtp and pop servers
