This would depend on the browser your using as each has it's own set of instructions on clearing the browser cache.

Typically these items are stored in the Temporary Internet Files folder.

Without being too browser spesific you can manually delete these files by visiting the following locations on your local PC and just deleting the files in that folder.

Note: Remember to adjust the paths to match your user name and hard drive.
