5 Great Namibian On-line Directories

I've made use of on-line directories a few times during my life. They are often a great way to showcase your products/services in order to bring in new leads and in turn boost sales. Listing your website on on-line directories could prove helpful for SEO purposes as well!

Now, in no particular order, I bring you a list of my 5 favourite Namibian on-line directories:

1. NamDirectory

NamDirectory has become synonymous with Namibian on-line directories. List your company for free or pay a minimal fee for a featured listing. The layout is simple and I would think anyone will be able to navigate the site to find what they are looking for.

2. YellowLink

The oldest Namibian on-line directory - YellowLink boast with a large number of listings in a very broad range of categories. There is no clear way to add a free listing so I guess all listings are paid for, but this should show any lister that this is a serious directory which strives to bring exposure to their clients.

3. BusinessDirectory.na

A relative new-comer - BusinessDirectory.na offers listers with a few pricing options and also offers a free plan where listings can be created at no cost. The free listing does however only link to a company Facebook page and not to the company website itself.

4. Namibia Trade Directory

Great design! Namibia Trade Directory lists al major corporations operating in Namibia. I couldn't find a way to post a free listing so I guess all listings are either paid for or some other criteria has to be met before your company is listed. A bonus classified section is on offer, but I see this section is still lacking some content.

5. NSD Zone

A very well-rounded directory complimented with a great design and layout. NSD Zone boasts with features like star ratings, a great search feature, a Twitter feed as well links to local and international news sites.
